stop shop. The cabinets are beautiful and I love them every time I look at them. I cannot believe how lucky we are to have this lovely home to live in, in such a short time. I look around and love everything. The process was good, the tradesmen were good, the admin and support were also good. Thanks Seacrest. We are so very greatful. EVERYTHING. They were fantastic. Project took only 6 months from when they laid the slab until when it was completed. They helped us design a home that suited us and our block. We had no major problems just a few small things, that were rectified quickly. The helpful nature of the admin staff (pre-start) and the site supervisor was great. They kept us in the loop and fielded all numerous questions with grace and good humour (there were a lot of them!). We have never built a house before but found the experience with Seacrest an excellent one. We will build with them again and we will recommend them highly to others. The quality of the trades were excellent and their demeanour with us was excellent (especially the painters). We have a beautiful functional house - in 6 months with no stress. Not much. There were only a few small things here and there that had to be fixed, but they fixed them asap and with minimal fuss and bother.

Three and a half years of hell – Just looking around my house which was completed by Seacrest 4 years ago. This is the 5 house I have built over the past 35 years. out from top to bottom, smashed oven by gas installer not replaced for 2 months after we moved in. Walls had to be re-plastered twice and still look like they were done by a drunk. Trades never show up, superviser lacked interest and the office treaded us with distain. These are just a few of the hundreds of issues we had.

Be warned- don't waste your hard earned money and your good health on this builder. I have spoken to at least 6 others who have built with Seacrest and their stories are the same as mine.

Pad compaction, brick laying, plumbing, plastering, painting, gyprocking, carpentry- the list goes on.

Terrible – Do not build with Broadway/Seacrest unless you wish the build to take a long time and be told heaps of lies. Nothing, was a hard slog from the day we signed the contract Racist, dislike and rip off the English. Poor standard of workmanship, nothing completed 100%. Liars.
