Seagull IV X-1F

What a great system, the best on the market – We have had our Seagull IV X-1F water purifier installed for about 3 years and the water is the best I have tasted, it is crisp, refreshing and so silky. Purifiers Australia services our system for free and only charges for the cartridge, which only needs to be done every 2 years. There service is brilliant, no pushy sales or continuous calls and when they say they will be there at a time they turn up at that time.

Our kids have been drinking more water because of the great taste, and my daughter is even lucky enough to have the system installed at her school now so she gets great water all day long. My son has to take 2 drink bottles to school because he can't stand the flavour of the filtered water at his school.

Would highly recommend the system to anyone that want great tasting water with no contaminates. It isn't the cheapest system on the market, but you get what you pay for.

Excellent – We are on tank water (from rain water and creek), and before installing the Seagull IV water purifier we had to boil water for the kids to drink. If we didn't they would end up with slight tummy upsets. Since installing the water purifier we don't have to boil it and they have had no further troubles. I really like the convenience of having the pure water available all the time as we use it for drinking, and cooking as well as washing fruit and vegetables for salads etc. Compact, stainless steel (looks better than plastic IMHO), benchtop unit is easy to install, removes bacteria and viruses (!), water looks and tastes better and is suitable to give infants over 2 months old without boiling. Nothing significant so far

excellent filter but very expensive from Australian distributor – We have had this filter fitted to our boat and camper for 6 years - the water quality is excellent and the flow rate is great. However it is outrageously priced in Australia - over double the US price. I am not sure why - probably a lack of competition. I would encourage buyers to search on line excellent water quality, high flow rate outrageously expensive in Australia - at least double the US price
