Had an issue with the size of 2 mattresses. Sealy were great, once they were aware of the issue they replaced both mattresses. I especially like their 10 year warranty.
Follow-up · Both long single mattress were a centimetre too wide for our slatted bed. We were asked to take photos and submit them to Sealy. In a short time Sealy responded and then delivered 2 replacement mattress and collected the old ones. Naturally the replacement mattress fitted perfectly. We are 2 years on enjoying the comfort of the mattress. More than happy to recommend Sealy to anyone.

Pam the sales lady was fantastic,we tried all the beds for a few weeks ( at the store) until we knew which one we wanted.That is why we chose the crown jewel medium flex Madison it has been so comfortable from the day we got them . ( we bought 2)

We haven't slept so well since receiving our new bed in years – The comfort level is excellent. The different adjustments work well. Definitely worth the money. The 2 King Singles work well and we both can have our own settings. No more waking up with back pain every morning.
