Anne from your Myer Macquarie store provided exceptional customer service to me during my purchasing experience. She alleviated a lot of the stress I was feeling by reassuring me that she could help me. I originally ordered a king bed mattress but the delivery guys couldn't get it up my stairs at home so I changed my order to 2 x long single mattress's. Her understanding and professionalism was outstanding, thank you Anne. I hope she receives recognition for her efforts. Thank you.

Replaced two well known brand memory foam style mattresses with two Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Single XL Flex mattresses. The previous mattresses were simply not supportive enough, however, these new Sealy mattresses are great, providing support in all the right places. Lower back pain for both of us has been greatly relieved/completely gone. We are both very happy with our choice particularly that we chose a medium for one and plush for the other to suite the individual needs. After about 4 weeks, we are so far very happy with our purchase.

Confortable Mattress – My wife and I bought the ultra firm exquisite model. The mattress provides excellent support and comfort. My back and shoulder pain has stopped. It is the best mattress we have had.

Don't get a pillow top if you get sciatica -The lounge is more comfortable :-( – Purchased 2 long singles to make a king, on sale close to $5,000 AUD. We were recommended the extra plush pillow top. Despite trying beds in the shops it is not the same as sleeping a whole night. I have tried religiously to sleep on my new bed, however strangley after night 1 my sciatica started to nickle, I thought I was imagining things, after night 2 , sciatica got worse, then on night 3 I lasted 2 hours in the bed and went to the lounge. I tried to sleep in it again 2 nights later ... then bang! the next day sciatica and it was now getting bad. I have waited 3 weeks to get my back better again before trying again. So I tried last night and bang! the sciatica has flared up again. I now sleep in my old 20 year bed or the lounge. When I look at the Sealy I feel sick to the stomach I hate it so much.

I contacted Sealy customer service that prentend they listen , that are a bit condescending, and not that well informed otherwise they would understand sciatica ... yes bed can be adjusted, around $500 a $700. If they adjust my bed it had better be the same height as my husbands bed otherwise our king bed will not be level! Also customer service told me sheets for long singles were simple to buy, just get from pillow talk- well they don't make them, Sheridan don't Adairs don't, spotlight stores don't stock so that was a lie.
My husband is sleeping in his matching bed and still trying to get used to it, he doesn't have a bad back .. but he is not impressed as it is very hot and he is trying different mattress protectors. Definitely not worth the hefty price.
After waiting 20 years for new beds we were excited about getting a new bed... but the biggest disappointment was the huge expense ( even on sale) to be sold a puppy and i just found the customer service condescending. There is nothing we can do except spend more serious money and customer service seem to think that is just a minor inconvenience.
It had been a horrible experience.
