Customer service – After 5 years use we had issues with the mattress and it was reupholstered under warranty. A further 4 years on the mattress started sagging, but within the tolerance set out by the company. Nevertheless, it was causing us issues and great discomfort so Sealy collected the mattress and put matters right as a goodwill gesture. Very grateful to them… Read more · 1
and the speed in which they dealt with the matter. What we discovered on this journey is that a mattress may start deteriorating after a few years and although for some people the degradation might not be an issue, for us it was. Luckily Sealy listened and acted. Thank you.
Very comfortable – I am very happy with customer service. I bought Sealy’s semi firm mattress 4 years ago but then got back problems. Dr’s recommended firm mattress. So I send email to Sealy and without any issues they changed my mattress. Highly recommend them . Show reply
Very uncomfortable – We stupidly purchased the Exquisite Enchant Medium just over a year ago.It was very expensive and unfortunately is sagging and in my opinion,causing me back problems.I would estimate the average depth is around 20mm.Just less than the limit indicated by Sealy (32mm) to allow a replacement.Why am I not surprised.After a few months I believe the… Read more
medium mattresses sag more than they should,even though they
feel a correct fit when you test them in the bed store.Perhaps a firm would have been a better choice.Either way,this shouldn’t happen.Our old King Koil lasted over 15 years and we should have kept it.Avoid the disappointment and go for one of the out of the box style mattress company’s.At least if it isn’t the best, you haven’t wasted a small fortune.

Think Twice! – Purchased a Sealy Corsica Exquisite king mattress with two single extra long king bases which accompany this bed. Paid $5,500 and have had nothing but trouble. in the middle of the bed or go to bed more often without my partner and sleep on the uncomfortable ridge to even out the wear. If I'm not happy with that I can pay $50 to have it removed , serviced and returned!! I even sent photos to show Sealy the problem. Had I have known or been aware of this major defect in the design of the exquisite, plush bed I would have purchased another brand of bed. I now have to put up with a dud bed since I can't afford to spend another $5,500. I will NEVER purchase another Sealy bed again.
