SCAM COMPANY!! – Terrible products, don't buy from this seller. The cameras just don't function, they freeze regularly and the seller keeps on selling them because they keep giving you resolutions that simply don't work. By the time you've had enough it's too late to get a refund from PayPal

Poor customer service and products – They have very little to no knowledge of their products and their customer service is terrible, when you can contact them. with no instructions, and asked for a password from sales at a different company (the manufacturer I think). I had to get Security labs to make an account with the supplier in order to get a password. As of writing this I still don't have the password.

I will not be buying any more products from this business, they have had enough chances, no matter how much cheaper they are. They just do not act in a professional way.

UPDATE: The tracker they sent had a serious fault that made it unusable. After many days, I'm still trying to get a refund. When they eventually replied to my emails they told me it's my fault that the unit broke in my hands before I could even use it (it wasn't, it simply disintegrated). They don't want to give a refund.

Dodgy services and faulty product – Received a product that doesn't work and look really poor quality for 150 AUD with a poor quality notice on how it works. Dodgy supplier – Ordered an 8GB USB secret voice recorder. The product turned up in a box with instructions typed on a bit of paper. Plugged it in and it doesn't do anything. Basically spent $150 for a thumb drive with an on/off switch. Total fraud.
