Bad Builder Company – I have never experienced such bad Building company. I have been chasing them to come over to fix all defects and leak on ceiling for more than one year after my house is built. They are so unprofessional in dealing this matter and always say busy and busy. Of course, they have no interested in coming to rectify the problems once the house is sold. I would give them zero rating. Don't ever ever use this company. The builder [name removed] who never response your calls and messages, no one follow up on the problems. What a joke! They even changed the company name after built so they can get away yr issues. If i can give them negative, i will give them minus 10. From disappointed customers.

May 29th 2019 Update: Do Not Use This Builder

This builder is hopeless. They are doing Monkey business and an untrustworthy builder. I have been chasing the builder, [name removed] to come over to fix all defects including ceiling leak on bathroom more than a year, but he didn't take my call or respond to me to organise this fixed. Case has been forwarded to Dispute domestic building victoria and now waiting for VCAT against him and Seddon homes. My house is brand new and there are so many defects discovered after moved in less than one year but he just ignored me and not interested to come over to fix. From very upset customer.

Bad, bad, bad – Signed Contract in 2015. Still no start by mid 2018. Got a lawyer to sever contract. All deposits with Seddon gone for good. DO NOT use this mob, they are a bunch of clowns. I would even go so far as to call them thieves.

I do not have less than 1 so had to give 1 – Workmanship can't comment as have lot of faults, although not structural, but then with so many changing supervisor and tradies you do not have consistency to having the house being build appropriately. Build being managed --- Well there is no appropriate management at all, yes they all are sweet talker, in fact the their floor plan designer did not even provided any inputs or applied any common sense in design, color selection lady did not showed the option of floorboard. When asked for the next set of actions and timelines they had no appropriate answer.

Customer service and support --- Prior to contract signing +3, Post Contract -3 (minus 3), they have no respect for customer sentiments or grievance.

Basically it is company driven by sales person & primarily for foreign investors who have lot for spare money and time to wait to have the house build, thats how they provide such low price.

They are NOT FOR FIRST HOME BUYERS or someone who WANTS THEIR HOME delivered timely.

if you want to have someone professional show the contract, the payment for delay is $150 which is not even standard with ALL the builders (which is $250).

DO NOT PAY any additional deposit money until the permits are done, which should all be covered in $3000.

Additional 4 things I need to highlight,

1) At any time their office is empty of customers, even on weekends, compare it with any small time builders or large builders.

2) Their Display homes in East or west (especially in west, such as Elementa in Truganina, Upper point cook behind Henleys display homes, Point Cook where it has been over a year) have not been constructed yet over a year now, in fact lots of places other builders are wrapping up but their had not even finished construction.

3) Their display homes have hardly anyone sitting there & you have to take prior appointments to ensure that someone is there even on a weekend, lot of weeds which are even visible from distance shows how much care they take of their display even as Sales person.

4) They remain closed for 4 weeks during Christmas, for which you would not been paid for any delay due to it.

Be Very Careful with this Builder – I paid deposit and ran after them to sign the contact. They got me to sign the contract in a rush. Then you wait for 6months and they will tell you that you need to sign the variation 1 and mind you that is before construction. They will stop answering your calls by now. First site supervisor was the Director himself. He messed up everything and I got an outside inspector to put up a report. 100+ defects. Then my construction stopped. After calling them everyday every hour after another 6months they told me the supervisor changed. [Name Removed] was next and after 2weeks he got replaced by [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] told me personally that the management does not want him to answer my calls. He resigned and came [Name Removed] who boasts about being the best handyman after being promoted within the company. He does not have a single idea how the house is constructed. My Render colours were Vis-versa despite telling him when the initial job started. They don't like returning your calls. I was heading towards the street when we pressured them to give the house as our rental lease has been extended for a while and the owner said he will not extend my rental. I am paying rent lost my interest. Fence and landscaping because it took them 2 years. Finally we forced into the house and were without heater, cooking and hot water with 2 kids for 2 weeks. I have got about 75defects still pending. Dishwasher is not working. Cracks appeared in 1month. I have lodged a dispute with Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV). God save me and the rest from these people. I urge everyone please do not build with them. The ones who gave positive reviews must be from the same company. I can be reached on my cell and can prove on paper how dodgy and conny this builder is.

Good one in Williams Landing – Good quality to a double storey house, good price compare to lots friends around this area. They do have very high ceiling as standard inclusion, very professional draft person to help me designed my house, offer me few inspections during the construction period. Also nice facade to the street, makes the property more value! Good customer service, very helpful manager Adam. And I sold this property this year and had a good money return!
