After not returning our phone calls for over a month, and his staff telling us they haven't been paid for over 15 weeks, we found a new builder. He was shocked when we sacked him. Building surveyor said he had claimed about $140k of uncompleted work which the bank had paid him for. In short we came very close to losing the house. Reno now finished, insurance claim only paid us 50% of what we owed. Frankly I hope he gets what he deserves. The worst experience of our life.

New Bathroom – New bathroom reno. 2 years old have a leak in wall, called build on 3 occasions,promises to come but never turns up. What CRAP could not recommend.

Tell everyone you know to steer well clear – We made this mistake of not reading the reviews on this site before we gave our job to this guy. Promised a 4-5 week turnaround to complete the job which instead took 5 months to complete - most of this time we were without a toilet or shower. because so many others are chasing him and I only heard from him when he wanted money (usually before the milestones). The owner of this company is dishonest and would not be allowed back in my house to fix any of the defects.

I should add the some of the young builders who work for him are great and the quality of their work was mostly of a high standard - when they were allowed to turn up to do some work that is. But that couldn't anywhere near offset the stress, worry and frustration that this owner caused me and my family.

I hope that by posting this it will save others from going through the same horrible experience.

Bad experience start to finish – Bathroom renovation quoted at 6-8weeks took 5months to complete. Calls to the builder for progress went unanswered and directly to message bank. Invoices were sent for incomplete work and phone calls chasing payment reviewed the day the day the invoice was sent. Not all the rubbish was cleared and had to remove at my cost. Defects still outstanding and calls to the builder go unanswered.

No final inspection certificate after 2 years! – We have been waiting for over 2 years to get our final inspection certificate for the renovation completed by Seddonville. We contacted the building inspector and did what was asked of us to get the certificate but the builder didn't give any of the compliance certificates to him so no final inspection certificate could be issued.
