The delivery driver buzzed the intercom, informed me about delivery so I could get downstairs to pick it up. I honestly appreciate that he didn’t leave the parcel outside of the apartment building without ringing the intercom (as this is unfortunately common experience with other couriers !) Thanks! Btw: this was my second experience with this courier. In the first case the delivery driver after buzzing the intercom insisted that I have to come downstairs to pick up the parcel which isn’t happening with other companies even if the signature is required. Absolutely satisfied with such service. Keep up the great service!
