Heel came off after wearing twice. Received them as a gift & got the invoice number, date, name of purchaser but as it’s not me its tough luck warranty doesn’t apply to a gift. Even just asked for a replacement heel that I would pay to get repaired locally but supposedly they don’t have spare heels for their own shoes. Supposedly heels coming off is a usual occurrence as I have seen on other reviews
