Paid money but not fixed – After 4 visits over 2 months and a replacement drum bearing guide on a Fisher & Paykel dryer it still makes a loud squeaky noise.

The only service company that would send someone to help. Service man was very understanding and helpful. THANK YOU – We moved house and had to remove fridge doors. Got them back on however, fridge just kept beeping. The service man was excellent. It did not take him long to realise that one connection had not been made to electronics.

BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY – supposedly fixed our cook top ignition in October ‘22. Called back in December as same problem happening. Rude woman saying we have to pay a call out fee again which we didn’t think is fair. intermittently ever since it was supposedly fixed. I’m also positive the technician said the work was covered for 12 months. Sick of poor customer service, care & BEING RIPPED OFF. The invoice states it’s covered for 12 months, what’s the good of that if you still have to pay again!! SHOWS WHAT SORT OF COMPANY THEY ARE IF THEY CANT HONOUR THEIR WORK.

Be careful – Poor service, they quoted almost double the price for a spare part from Bosch direct, about $400.00 dollars more in fact. Technician also turned up unannounced when appointment hadn’t been confirmed. When I questioned the parts price they hung up the phone!

Bosch Dishwasher Reliability – Internet booking service excellent and courteous. Matt the technician performed his work in most professional manner in spite of the obstacles presented completing the task. Would recommend SEQ appliance repair for your Bosch appliances.

Need help re disheasher – Excellent and rapid diagnosis of problem helpful suggestions Went over and above knowledgeable and polite. Completed repairs and replaced one item which was faulty Made some minor repairs the waste hose and checked everything

Dishwasher hose repair – The Repairer was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and did a good job. The time taken for the part to arrive was satisfactory. The Repaire was on site as soon as the part arrived.

Professional & Punctual - Highly Recommended! – I cannot speak highly enough of these people. Helpful and polite and met our needs, in fact exceeded them. The repair guy did everything I was told he would do, was on time and fixed the washing machine. Based on our experience I would use SEQ again and would also recommend them.
