Useless mattress rating -10 – I don't like being lied to when purchasing mattress & talked about behind my back in chi ese when purching mattress and base. I want to speak to manager about this issue not good enough. And your rating is -10 and funny how negative reviews are not put on sight.

Our fourth matress purchased from SERENITY BEDDING in Dandynong Road Springvale – We arrived on Friday afternoon, in our motorhome at Factory 1, 800 Princess Highway Springvale. showroom to ensure the correct measurement; and trade it in on a new one! Rina served us, and she was very polite and knowledgeable. Being the end of the financial year, there were a number of fantastic mattresses on sale. Tried a few, and honed in a pocket sprung mattress with a quality topper. Called the Byron Bay, the matress was a cracker. Tina packaged the matress it up for us and help get it back in the motorhome. Only problem we had, was the new matress was significantly higher than the original - but its amazing what 3 people, one pulling and two pushing can achieve getting a high quality matress through a small door. A week latter, have slept on the “Byron Bay” a few times now - and can only bed described as “shear bliss”. Doubt you will find better. Great value. Very pleased with our purchase. No partner disturbance. Maybe because your in the motorhome, you sleep is more relaxed? Would buy again at the drop of a hat from the team at Serenity Bedding Australia. Money well spent. Cheers
