Serta Hensley Black Office Chair

Bought two - both broke! – Bought two - both haven't lasted 2 years Leather peeling off, stitching broken, padding moves around, struts needed changing within 2 years. Replaced all the wheels already, and gas lift broken on both. Chair repairer says he'll fix them , but it will cost too much. The entire framework/structure has loosened and allows the strut to hit the floor. Not worth the price tag!
