Prompt same day service – My ceiling fan switch broke and I could not turn the fan off could not get an electrician to come out during the holiday season. Rang Service today had someone out within an hour and half of calling replaced the switch. Ridiculously overpriced. Look elsewhere!! – As a returning customer, Wanted to charge my elderly mother 4 x the price the job was quoted by 2 other reputable electrical companies, who were both horrified at what service today had quoted and charged. When I rang up to question why there was such a massive discrepancy, I was basically told ‘unlucky’ and hung up on by [name removed]. Disgusting! Do not use this company!

Not as stated – States will come out same day if booked by 1200. Booked at 10:26 and got an email at 10:59 stating that they wont come out today. The online chat also promised same day service - all lies to get your details. Customer Service team extremely poor.

In home service – Tradesman in home to repair recliner chair. Excellent service Carlos service was more than we could ask for. We can't speak more highly of service received.

Terrible – This company is a [Content Removed]. Was quoted $$2750.00 for 4 downlights, a fan and a powerpoint which we were supplying the products. Plus they said we needed a new circuit board for $2188.00. Needless to say we obtained two other quotes which came in under $500 and a new circuit board not required. This company should be investigated. It even cons the pensioners in saying they get a discount.
