Shade Station Fake Glasses – Still selling - bought Bvlgari Frames $500 for reading glasses earlier this year. I have just taken them back to Optometrist to see if they can fix the hinge on one arm. If not they are useless & the hinge on the case has also broken. Should always check this site before buying anything.
Fakes!! – I bought some Gucci sunglasses for 250 AUD. within the first week the Gucci case hinges broke and then 2 years the logo started peeling and actually fell off the sides . Assumed maybe it was poor quality on the brands end until I just bought the same pair from Gucci and they are a clearly different !! Been staring at the two next to each other and… Read more
the size , labelling and actually material is slightly inferior on the shade station pair and the authentic Gucci one is heavier . Never purchasing again they are fraudsters.
Scam - I lost 300$ – I bought a pair of sunglasses and has returned it to them. Today I got email about joint administration and that my money won't be returned. Nonsense... Show details
Shadey Station – Promised a refund on returned goods, they will not refund! PayPal wanted me to produce a 'credit of receipt' which obviously Shadey Station did not supply. Gucci glasses returned, no refund.
DO NOT BUY.THEY HAVE GONE IN ADMINISTRATION – I placed an order and was charged. And after 2 weeks, I have received an email that they can neither fulfil nor refund, as they have gone in administration. Scary thing is that their website is still up and they must still be receiving orders they very well know they are not going to fulfil but they seem happy to collect the money for. Show details
Never use again – Bought 2 pairs of sunnies and items never arrived. They did a 35 day investigation to say that the courier gps was near my house. Said they couldn't do anything about a refund or sending them again. Never use again Show details
I recommend this – Order on 8 arrives on 20 like they promise , only I will buy from them sunnies good price with excellent service thank you Show details
Deceptive price advertising – This company advertises sunglasses in Australian dollars on their website leading customers to believe that the price is what you will be charged. Then they charge the customer in GBP and you are stuck with the international fees automatically by your bank. When I complained they replied with unrelated drivel.
