Shannons Roadside Assist

Car was at machanics and unable to be repaired. Shannons refused to tow the car home. Do not understand why this isn't covered.

Good service & quality – We required a jump start for our vehicle and Adrian (from Prestige Road assist)for Shannon's arrived promptly and carried out what was required ,including a check of all the items that may have been the cause.
