support, provided photos, and followed their instructions to return the item at my own expense ($9.70).

That was weeks ago. Since then, I have sent multiple emails chasing up the refund, only to be ignored. Not once has the company acknowledged receipt of my return, nor have they processed the promised refund.

This isn’t just about the money — it’s about false advertising, broken promises, and an astonishing lack of accountability. Their customer service is indifferent at best, non-existent at worst.

I have now had to escalate this through American Express for a chargeback and am considering a formal complaint with the ACCC. No one should have to go to these lengths just to get their money back for a misrepresented product.

There are plenty of reputable retailers in Australia who stand by their products and their customers. Sadly, Shaver Choice is not one of them.

Avoid at all costs.

Item never Sent – Ordered Braun cleaning cartridges on 27 Feb 2023 was provided with a tracking number. Later when nothing was happening with the tracking, I contacted Australia Post. They advised number issued, hence the "pending" in the tracking but item not posted! Tried to query this with ShaverChoice but all they did was send me the same tracking number. Terrible! Would not recommend or ever reuse this company – Ordered on the 3rd Jan, followed up on the 10th Jan with an email and by phone. apparently the item was shipped late on the 12th, no further updates or communication from the company even after I sent an email outlining the frustration they’ve put me through. Item still hasn’t arrived (17th Jan) and the tracking detail states it still hasn’t left the dispatch location. Disaster! Would have rated 0 stars if I could.

Do not buy from this seller – They have been reported for fraud. They sell products online that are not in stock and take your money. They can`t deliver the product sold to you and won`t answer emails or phone calls. Do not buy from this seller. Show details

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – Ordered a Braun charger and they sent the wrong item. They said they would send me a free returns postage label and send out correct item but have not heard from them since. They never answer the phone which is an immediate red flag and now don't respond to emails. I have reported them to NSW Fair Trading and lodged a transaction dispute with my bank. Worst experience ever, stay away from this company – Ordered 2 blades, only one was sent, they said the other was out of stock. Tried ringing numerous amount of times, no reply. I sent numerous amount of emails with no reply also. Can not seem to get another blade or refund. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Faulty product and no customer service – I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty. After my initial emails explaining the issues, I asked to be able to return the product. The customer service rep then stopped responding. Despite regular follow-ups over a period of months, I have yet to receive any response. Worst experience I’ve had with online shopping. Show details

Scammed by this company – Ordered an item online and sent numerous messages to make some queries. Tried ringing them, at no time did they respond to messages or return phone calls. I sent email cancelling order as it had not been processed and they had taken money out of account. Out of $146 I paid they refunded $95. Saying 20% restocking fee and other rubbish. Go elsewhere it is cheaper and these guys are just ripoff artists Show details
