Shaving Market

Truly dismal – Shaving Market is the worst company I have ever come across: - their catalogue lists a product they don't have in stock and are unable to supply - they then managed to ship a product I did not order - they then took several days to agree to a refund but didn't mention refunding the cost of postage - they then sent me a courier label without any instructions on how to use it; apparently I was supposed, on receipt of this label, to wrap the razor, then place it on my doorstep for collection by a courier the following day - silly me for not realizing this! - they arranged for the razor to be collected without checking whether I was going to be home - I wasn't - they were rather slow to respond to most of my emails - I was notified by my bank of an impending refund about 5 days before it actually occurred - in every other refund I have ever received, the elapse time was never more than 1 day - I was asked to review the product I ordered but never received - I have received several emails from this company wondering why I don't communicate with them any longer - can anyone provide any reasons why this might be true?

Many of their failures indicate extreme stupidity and sloppiness on their part. I am publicizing my experience in order to dissuade anyone buying anything from Shaving Market.
