Woeful seller. A genuine buyer beware – Tried to purchase sheets on sale for $49 x3 when added to cart, they displayed as $55 each. I emailed them, their email address was invalid & returned to me so I call them to be told they are having website issues and they will fix it, they call me to confirm all THREE sets were now correct at $49& available for me to purchase, so I purchased… Read more

Minutes later I receive a text to say that 1 set is out of stock, I request to have the whole 3 refunded to be told firstly that will cost me 10% as a restocking fee or my only other option was a store credit, also of no interest. Then, when I reply within minutes to state I would like to further investigate what my rights are as a consumer before I agree to wear a 10% restock fee for something that was not my fault, I am told I have already been issued a refund minus 10% because that was what I had indicated I wanted in previous messages (before I knew of the 10% restock fee mind you) My whole purchase was to get specific sheets from the one place to save on shipping and for them to arrive (within reason) at the same time! Meaning one being out of stock made my whole order with them of no use to me.

The last message I received was blatant & borderline rude wishing me luck with fair trading & further stating they were within their rights to do what they did!
