Getting what you paid for – Bowls are good quality. My mixer can slow and speed up of it own accord. Having a 6 minute limit time on usage was NOT listed as part of the product description prior to purchase. Product is NO USE whatsoever for making pavlovas. from the beaters and up the sides of the bowl. First time I used it I creamed on '5' and caught the machine just as the first lot of cake mixture was being flung around the kitchen. The product package weight itself is due to the 2 accompanying bowls, the mixer itself weights very little. The bowls 6 minute run time and 20 min cool down time. Bowl rotates so fast on '5' it sprays the contents out.

Bad description – On deals direct the mixer sounded perfect for my making of pavlovas as glass bowls are best and hard to get a mixer with glass bowls. Unpacked and set up looked great, then read the manual to find the unit can only be run for 6 minutes then needs a 20 minute cool down.
