Bad Pillow – No structure in the pillow. after a couple of hours, your is basically on your mattress. Medium??? i thought i was buying a quality pillow, big mistake.

No support at all – This is supposed to be a medium support pillow but as soon as you put your head on it there is no support at all. For such an expensive pillow where you cannot return don’t waste your money.
