Dishonest and sub-standard product – The dress we received (cost A$350) was not the colour we ordered - much lighter and brighter than the website colour. The fabric of dress we received has a different lustre to what we ordered - shiny, glossy whereas on the website the dress more of a matt, or flat, finish. The style of the dress we got was not as modelled in the photograph on the website. The fabric used in the dress we received does not hold its shape like the dress in the photograph on the website. We tried to resolve this with the customer service team and they ignored us. Order at your own peril.
