Get a second opinion – Had our double panel lift garage door getting stuck mid way on the down cycle only and needed a pull to keep it going. Strangely it lifted without any problems. He gave the tracks a service as the grease used has gummed up and gotten sticky. $121 total. If you are getting quotes make sure to try [Name Removed], honest, reliable and quick.

installed and the first shower of rain from the South flooded the carport as there was a 20mm gap at one end of the door. The contractor attempted to fix the gap by pushing a bit of conduit up the rubber seal. This only sealed the door on one end. We complained again and the company quoted us $300+ per door to FIX THEIR STUFFUP !!.We refused this ripoff and I went to BUNNINGS and bought Rubber sealing strips for $60 and installed them which fixed the problem but is a bit unsightly. We subsequently deducted $120 from the final payment to Shoalhaven Doors and now would NOT recommend them to anyone in the area.
