excellent product - delivery on time – - Came on time and excellent, quality ROC product - exactly as pictured - Authentic brand, genuine leather and on sale for excellent price!!! - Only negative I can think is when I emailed Shoebox prior to purchasing to ask a question and never got a reply. But I took a chance anyway, and thank goodness it was okay in the end.

Products Faulty – I purchased a pair of wedge sandals in March 2016 from Shoe Box Au. They were summer sandals so we were coming into winter so they were worn a few times only. cracking and breaking off. The other shoe followed. When I picked at the wedge it began to fall off in pieces, as did the heels etc.

I rang the company and they said there is nothing they can do as it's been a while.

None of my shoes or sandals have ever done this. I have two other pair of similar style wedge sandals and they are a lot better quality with no faults, which I have been wearing for the last two years. They’re still like new. CHEAP MANUFACTURING...................

Fast Service and Good Product – 5 Stars. I stumbled upon their website from a google search for women's boots and I brought a pair that looked great. Delivery was very quick! When the boots arrived I was a bit skeptical that the size wouldn't fit (because sizing can be difficult when it changes from shoe type to shoe type) but it did fit nicely! The boots look better than what I expected. Thank you Shoe Box :)

Cheaters - that what they are all about – I recently went to the Town Hall outlet of Shoe Box and liked a pair of Hush Puppies Sandals. Wanted to buy them, but the only pair they had in my size was on display. Not that I have an issue with a display piece for Sandals, but then, one Sandal was way too faded in the display, while the other one was fresh in it's box. The difference was too… Read more

stark - one was literally light brown, the other was dark brown. I was hence not interested and moved on. After coming home, I noticed that their website had the same model of Sandals marked as 'In Stock' and 'New'. I have hence placed the order. The next day, I called them up to enquire if it was indeed 'New' or a Display piece and they reconfirmed that it was 'New'. Couple of days later, I have received my shipment. Lo and Behold, it was the same pair that I have rejected at the Town hall for the vastly different color contrast between both the Sandals, It just amazes me on how can anyone do this to a customer. Thugs, Cheaters and complete lack of basic due diligence towards their own customers. I am not returning this pair, neither am I going to use it. In fact, I am going to keep this pair as it is and make it a point to tell my friends, near and dear about the devil may care attitude of this horrendous business. What a crying shame !!

Terrible – Bought my shoes did not use much , within 2 weeks my shoe sole came off. Went to the store in town hall where I did buy my shoes to make a complaint no one solve the problem. I have no shoes and no refund until the assessment of the shoe is done. What a Joke.

i should be able to get an exchange in store. As soon as i arrived the store, i were told its the store policy you only can get refund or exchange within a month. I tried to emphasize the faulty product issue and Sketchers acknowledgment for exchange. The manager told me " go to fair trading if you are not happy" and walked away. I then left a feedback on company website. A woman called me back with a aggressive tone and interrupted me a couple of times when i tried to explain to her what happened. She even insulted me my English was bad and not friendly to talk with. In the end, i have sent my daughter's shoes to Melbourne Sketches office for an exchange. After readinh all these review, i understand im not alone here.

Haymarket Shoe box, So good – Bought some shoes from Chinatown Haymarket level 1 store. Two friendly staff advised that good shoes for me. Shop was so clean and good atmosphere. I will definitely visit the store again.

the receipt in my hand , for god sake! And then she said there is no problem at all with the shoe, and that's the way it is with the shoe, and then shockingly even did not check the shoes at all and she just stared and said to me: just go!

I went to the Centro information desk then the fair trading reception in the building, the lady in the reception area checked the shoe and she sgreed with me, no one can wear the shoe without feeling the big bump inside! Just talked with the gentleman on 1300307250, he talked with the "boss" in the shop , she insisted there is problem with the shoe. So I am sending the shoes back to 21 Buffalo Road, Gladesville Customer service at my own cost to let the staffs check again. It's such a shocking and worst shopping experience over my whole life! Hope someone in this company will find out how bad customer experience the have in Bankstown Centro shop! I will never even want to step into this shop anymore and will let everybody I can inform with never never think about shopping in this shop!

already had a size 8 in my hand. I had to explain to her that I wanted to try both on so that I could walk around in them to see if they were comfortable and compare the sizes as I have trouble finding shoes that fit me and do not hurt my feet. Then the other of woman left supposedly to get the pair of shoes.

I waited there for a while with my boyfriend as they continued to serve other people. Then after a while, my boyfriend asked me why they were serving other people and said "I think they have forgotten about you." So I asked them again, and they did not even apologise and asked me again what kind of shoes I wanted and just handed me a pair for one size and once again were not helpful. My boyfriend said that we should go somewhere else because they were incompetent and rude. It was such an uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. I will never shop there again.

Treated like a criminal – Don't ever shop at Shoe box. I was at Shoe box in Bankstown. Store clerk was extremely rude to me about shoe sizes. cause 37 is a 6. I told her that I wear 36 or 6 clerk tells me 'but 37 is a 6 don't you know that' stocked at what I was hearing I told her not to worry about the other shoe I just wanted a 6 with the shoe I had in my hands. When I told her she didn't need to be rude about it she told me she didn't have a 6 and told me to leave her store or she would call security. I told her that it wasn't her store asked for the mangers number. She refused to give it to me and then called security to the store. I asked for the manager number again she told me 'I'm not giving you anything'. She told me again to leave as there where children in the store. I told her she was the one swearing. Security came he talked to the clerk and then me. I told him I just want the manger number because she was being rude and I would be happy to leave. He asks the clerk for the number and she writes it down and throws it at me and tells me to get out and never come back to her store ever again. Called the Manager told her what happened at the store. Manager asked me not to talk so aggressively. I apologised about my voice tone and said that I was very upset thinking she would be sympathetic but she wasn't. She said she already knew about it and that there are two sides to every story. She said security was called because the clerk felt threatened. I told her I didn't shout or swear at the store. I told the manager that I worked as a manager at a hotel and would never talk to anyone like the way the clerk spoke to me. She said she was a educated professional then I got a dry apology and said she would 'follow up' When I asked for a apology from the store clerk the manager said that wasn't going to happen. I told the manager I wasn't happy with her response she told me 'what do you want me to do fire her cause that's not going to happen' I said that I didn't want that and asked if I could get her mangers number. She said she was it and that she didn't have anyone above her she was 'top notch' and asked me to google her. She said she was busy and apologised on behalf of Shoe box and ended the call.

I have never been treated like this ever. Wanted to share so this hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else.

Very very poor service on all levels.

you'll be looking for a replacement set of shoes in no time. Head office simply ignores any correspondence, they appear to not care one bit about their stores or products.
