Best customer service from an online retailer – I have bought over 40 pairs of shoes from Shoesales.com.au I've loved every pair and found the customer service first rate. Any query I have had has been attended to promptly and Shoesales.com.au have always gone above and beyond to be of assistance. I am eagerly awaiting the launch of their new website - as they are the only place I now buy my shoes from. Great prices, awesome customer service - amazing products.

Great service, even better shoes – I decided to buy my lovely wife a pair of shoes for her birthday and needed help. Picked out a pair but needed some help with the sizing guide. Rang the phone number and spoke to a real person. The lady on the phone was fantastic, my wife loves the shoes. Highly recommended! Phenomenal service, super fast shipping - arrived at my office the next day!

Beautiful Shoes – I think the shoes are fantastic, I got my first pair a few months ago when it was going into winter and needed a pair of reasonably priced boots. Their boots lasted me all season and still look great. I've just received my 2nd pair and love those too. Would highly recommend as they are really comfy and the delivery was super quick! Beware of Deceptive and Misleading Advertisement – My wife bought a pair of shoes from Shoesales.com.au, when purchasing it was no where mentioned that it is a warehouse product making her belief that it is from a normal sales item, as there refund policy on the general sales item is flexible, if you don't like it or doesn't suits you can also ask for refund or return the product without any… Read more

problems. They made her to believe that the product is refundable or can be exchanged without any problems.

After she received the product from them she found out it's does not suit her, relying on their policy she emailed them how to return the shoes back, next morning she received a phone call from a rude sales agent advising her, if she doesn't like the shoes she can sell it off to her friend, when my wife reminded them of their return policy very conveniently they said it's a warehouse product, after several email exchanged they failed to advise us that where it has been mentioned at the first place that the product we are going to buy is a warehouse item. Today, we have formally lodged the complaint with Fair Trading Queensland and will update product review of any outcomes.

Shoes!! – ShoeSales has now become my addiction. Their shoes are unbelievable!! I have only had one shoe that didn't fit, because I didn't read their fit details properly. They happily changed my shoes with their free returns. I live in Melb and usually get my shoes the very next day. I can't fault this amazing new website. So glad I found them. So many fabulous shoes!

Not Happy – I purchased 'leather' shoes reduced from $129 to $30 that turned out to be cheap plastic with leather lining. The wording on the site definitely says leather, and yet they will only refund if I pay $9.95 postage. By the time I pay for postage and waste my time and energy I'd rather give the shoes to charity. Rip off.
