Brought satin sheet sets, poor quality, set was incomplete and colours were nothing like shown in picture. Terrible quality for extreme prices. Please save your money!!!!

The only time they answered my email requesting delivery free of charge or refund was because PayPal got involved and now I have been told it is my responsibility to contact “the courier” in terms of re-deliveries. But the call centre it goes to is over seas.... for a domestic parcel. Why would you send it via the same driver? I used to work for the company too

Whirlpool fridge- 3 repairs in under 4 years – Instore purchase of whirlpool fridge at a cost of $500 in November 2014. Since then I've had 3 seperate beakdowns costing $500 the original price of the fridge. It's a shame I really trusted this brand but it's not even been 4 years & it's unreliable.

seems to be non existent on the website. Even the parcel cost is on the expensive side. Add to it the fact that even after paying for an order, there is no guarantee that they have it in stock. Look elsewhere would be my advice after my experience.

followup query. I have now cancelled the order and I am awaiting the refund, but so far they are yet to acknowledge my order cancellation. I do not recommend this company.

Miniinthebox is crap, order never received and any of their action takes months – Made this purchased online and it never arrived. Miniinthebox always has investigation done which never completes and they close the case immediately as they are done with it. It's been 4 months and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. Never buy from this crap site.

Paid for item. Never received! – I made a purchase online, through an Instagram store called Bun&friend. It was a pre-order so knew that it would take a month or two. Emailed the store a few times. The last email I received was that they would resend the item and ring Aus post. I still have not receive my purchase since March.

A real shame – Ordered some perfume to be delivered in France on the 7th of August and 28th of November. Have never been delivered, had to ask many times, just to be finally answered that it couldn't be shipped to france. Since then (15th of March !), I have still not been refunded and am now going to trigger a legal action against them. Last but not least, have recently sent 2-3 emails, none of them got any reply. A real shame.

What they say and what they do – Minlinthebox is a great site with lots of great products, however when it comes to shipping they are truly terrible. There are three options of delivery that correspond with differing charges, but it appears that it just does not matter if you pay more for faster delivery. Fast receipt of ordered goods – Unable to drive due to now being disabled, it was tremendous to be able to order items that I need and all in the one spot. I ordered on Mon and the items were delivered interstate Wednesday am, great service and good prices. I liked being able to buy items in Aust that are generally only avail overseas. Good pricing, fast delivery, very informative Postage cost, but you save on many items so it does work out cheaper.

Astoundingly fast. they must be working weekends to process a saturday order that fast. good going. speed delivery, proper brands i knew, easy to use. site navigates to low stock items first, so annoying looking at 'out of stock'. Please show in stock first.

Dealing with Shop & Save Online has been very easy. They communicated promptly via email and kept me up to date on my order. I was given the option of picking up the order or having it delivered. I saved the cost of delivery by picking the perfume up from their store in Blacktown. The staff at the store were polite and knowledgeable about the product.
