Hi Shopback team, I got my cashback rejection for October 2024 purchase and had raised a dispute case back through helpdesk@shopback since November and noone has come back with me - could you please review and assess it as I met the requirement and comply with the condition of the cashback and still got it rejected, here is the detail ID:40-596871079
Is there a way I can contact a human to discuss my issue? At this time I am only able to communicate through the online 'bot' and have only received auto replies from the help email.
No there is not. You used to be able to get a human response on the chat or an email within 1-2 days. I’ve gone weeks without a response so have lodged with Fair Trading to deal with them that way.

You can go to the website on a computer and log in. It works the same way as through the app on a phone.

I cannot withdraw money and I keep getting silly message to verify my email account which I do, and have done so for over 20 times and still keep getting same message to verify email!!!!! Then i go to help or FAQ and get nowhere. Very frustrsting for an app that is meant to be great!!!!

Hi Katie, There is a tab in the app called “help” if you click on that and type in unsubscribe it comes up with 3 options... 1 for email letters etc you just type in the email address you want to stop and it removes you from the database. Very straight forward :) Hope that helps!
How to dispute purchase made on wrong ShopBack account to ensure Cashback is credited to correct user account?
Hi J John. This one's a difficult question. They were a pain in the ass to get anything out of. You basically have to go to the website and at the bottom of the website is a round question mark. You click on that and it should open up a support page. When you have this page you can type in your complaint or you have the choice to do live chat as well if they answer it. it took me a long time and a lot of patience before I got my $60 back. Whether for it was worth it is another question. I wish you the best of luck. I hope that helps..
