Would give it no stars if it were possible – I spent 2 years buying Lego sets of these guys. For the most part, they were always good to me and listened when I had a message attached to the order (being a collector they would send the undamaged stuff as requested). Spent god knows how much with these guys. Get a set that was was clearly damaged before it was mailed (shipping box didn't have a scratch on it), they haven't responded to my request for an exchange, return or refund. If you check out their reviews on Facebook it's just as bad. They take a week to even ship something out, which I can accept. But to ignore your customers when things go wrong you do it at your own peril. Another customer lost! They have no phone, no open shop. Online only.

Perfect customer service, wonderful range – I came across shopforme.com.au while I was online looking for some batman Lego. They are a relatively new online store so I wasn't sure what to expect, but what can I say they outdone themselves. They had a wonderful range at really good prices and all the items that were on sale were in stock. "bonus" Paying was easy with the option of credit card and paypal. Customer service from the team was fantastic i paid for shipping and within a couple of hours I got an email refunding my shipping as it was free for melbourne CBD. Now that blew me away. Item arrived safely and all were individually bubble wrapped. Will definitely be back. Great customer service, fast with shipping, great range.
