Bought one pair of shoes from them once ages ago. They constantly spam me with sales texts even after blocking/reporting spam etc. If you love being spammed with text messages shop with them, otherwise avoid.
NEVER buying from this company again. I ordered a pair of boots and sandals late February 2025 and my Mum grabbed them to give to me in June for my birthday. tried sprinkling bi-carb soda inside to try and absorb the smell, with no improvement.
When I called to lodge a complaint, I was advised that I had exceeded the return policy timeline and tampered with the boots thereby voiding a refund.
I was told on two separate calls, that ‘the boss’ would call me back. I am still waiting.
As a veteran of buying leather shoes and leather boots online (over six years now), I have never experienced this lack of support and customer service and will never deal with this company again.

are faulty. I returned to the store today with the shoes and the receipt expecting a replacement pair and a "sorry for your inconvenience". However no, I was told it is policy to send the shoes away to be "assessed" with a possible repair, with no indication of how long this would take. The shoes are clearly faulty, I wore them twice and they are BROKEN. Any other retail business would just replace and then work with the manufacturer/supplier. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care and customer service, and I will never shop there again. Good luck being a successful business if you treat your customers like that. My advice - spend your money elsewhere with a reputable business that has sound policies surrounding return of faulty goods.
Very Happy – I am always a bit cautious about ordering online, particularly if it is a company I have never heard of, which Shouz is. I am very pleased to say I am extremely happy with the shoes I ordered. They only took a week to get here, were packaged very well, fit well and were exactly as pictured. I’m very happy and would definitely order again from Shouz.
Great shoes, great service – Hi just bought my first shoes from Shouz, the service was fantastic. So I tried it again. I live remote, and needed to check in with staff. They responded quickly and were awesome. Thanks for making it so easy.

Best company I have had the pleasure of ordering from online re shoes – Best Web site and company I have used. Fabulous shoes, packed beautifully, clear invoice and returns form, thank you card.
