Australia post failed to deliver my product and after 3 weeks of dealing with
Australia post I was told to call the TV shop and ask to send a replacement.
Australia post said the Tv shop and them would sort it out between them.
I now have to produce a statutory declaration signed by a lawyer at my cost.
The TV shop were rude and unhelpful and sugested i should knock on the doors
of my neighbours to see if I could find the parcel.
Never would I order from TV shop ever again.

Elderly uncle bought a king single electric bed . Company are now trying to make him pay over $4,500 . A queen electric bed retails for around $4,000 . Not a single bed . Rip off merchants .
Straight out robbery
Bought a product with a "free gift" and offer of return if not satisfied
Received product - does work at all
Called MANY times to return. Finally operator told me I would have to return at my expense and to return product + free gift in a restockable condition (otherwise no refund) and TV Shop would refund in a few weeks paid price minus their original postage $20.
Alternatively offered 50% discount on product only excl their original postage.
Horrible horrible experience. Please don't get involved

I just brought debt and sorrows upon my self.
I feel so sad and the seller or whatever they are called are the worst. They push you and harass you to buy their scraps.

Customer service so bad
I will never deal with these people again I made a purchase wanted to return because husband did not want his birthday present very upset crying ect but I kept on getting offers said yes in the end and problems with these guys ever since customer service is appalling everyone I spoke to, will escalate the problem useless and very unsatisfying cause myself so much stress never again and I used to be a long time customer
I called the company before my 30 day trial was over and organised to get it sent back... I packed it in its original packaging and still got charged a percentage on the credit card. I called and they said that they received it damaged, I tried to calmly explain that I packaged the product in the original packaging and there was really nothing else I could do than that, if they received it damaged that they should have informed me at least so I know what's going on. I asked to dispute this claim with a manager and the girl put me on hold, the s...ame girl came back on and lied that she actually is the manager and the only person who would deal with me on this (I guess she had to place me on hold and take a minute to remember that she was the manager??? Not sure....seems suspect). She said they would not refund and that they apparently sent me an email regarding the damaged goods which surprisingly I never received... After expressing my disappointment she over exaggerated saying that she will not respond to threats, at no time did I raise my voice or say anything rude or disrespectful other than say I'm disappointed with the way the company is handling this. Really unreasonable company and from the other reviews I've read these responses seem quite common. I will be asking my credit card company to dispute this issue.
AIRFRYER OVER PRICED AND CHEAPLY PRODUCED PRODUCT
After purchasing this product at great expense $369.95 we used it 4 times before our son accidently broke the lid.After speaking with staff in NZ I was given a contact email address in Australia to contact and send photos to.I explained what had happened and enquired re getting the product fixed or relaced.An email was sent to me advising quote "unfortunatly as your son has broken the machine by misuse it is not covered under warranty" I was then offered a used ex demo machine to purchase from between $90-$200 What a joke.

NIGHTMARE BUYERS BEWARE - MELBOURNE OFFICE RUDE & NO HELP
I ordered one of their "wonderful" window cleaning sets 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a word from them since! After making payment I got an automatic email confirming my order and saying I'd receive it within 10-15 business days PLUS I'd get a notification email with tracking details once sent. Unfortunately it has now been 10 business days and obviously the item hasn't even been sent as I've never received any tracking so I called them today - what a waste of time! A suspect answer of "sorry I can't find your order details so I'll have to g...et back to you", think this whole selling system is a scam and now I've read other reviews I wish I'd looked on here first before ordering! After extremely RUDE messages from [Name Removed] in Melbourne (don't deal with her) I phoned their head office and asked for a manager but they don't seem to have one. The gentleman I spoke to (clearly from NZ) was polite but still couldn't help me as it seems he claims item has been sent but they have no tracking number, suggested I contact Aus Post with my name and address and see if they could help me and provide me with tracking details - sorry isn't it up to the sender to provide tracking and chase things up? Something very suspect here, providing a tracking number isn't that difficult and should be mandatory for internet purchases just so you know you're not dealing with a fraud! Don't expect to receive quality goods if I get anything at all so I wouldn't recommend anyone use these people especially when they don't accept PayPal payments (probably don't accept these as it would make it easier for buyers to get their money back). I'm contacting my bank now and seeing if I can get the payment reversed as they are refusing to give me tracking details and also refuse to give a refund as they say you can't "change your mind" even though they can't provide you with the item or even tracking for the parcel - definitely WON'T use them again! Never experienced anything like this from a so-called professional internet selling company that advertises on TV morning program - honestly thought Australia had higher internet selling standards!
Buyer beware...bought 4 Lizard Lounges off TV. They are impossible to get air into unless you are on a beach with a good breeze and they don't stay up. Very disappointed. Asked if I could return for a refund & got a flat refusal. NO where on my paperwork does it say "no refund". 1 lounge split the 1st week. Will replace but NO refund. And yes they are NZ based.

My wife ordered the FryAir from ShopTV as a gift for me and it arrived fairly quickly. We carefully unpacked it and it was immediately obvious the FryAIr was too large for our counter space, so we called the company and after a great deal of haggling we were told to write the order number on the parcel. We posted it at our expense to the address we were given by the operator and according to the AusPost tracking number it was delivered a few days later. A refund was made shortly thereafter to my wife's credit card, so we thought that was the en...d of the story, and if it had been so, we would have rated this company with 5 stars. But ohhh no. A couple weeks later we start getting payment due notices, so we called several times to sort it out and one operator who sounded like a Kiwi and was very cordial (kiwis tend to be polite) told us she would sort it out. End of drama? ohhh no! More notices arrived in our email inbox, this time threatening debt collection action if we didn't pay up immediately. FOR WHAT, for god's sake? ShowTV needs to pull its finger out and get it's administration sorted out. What started as a kind thoughtful gift for my birthday has turned into a frustrating, time wasting experience for both of us, but now we will fight to the end for our rights as consumers.
Nightmare to deal with
Ordered my product over the phone have had so much trouble, first product was not available, then sent to wrong address, second order placed and again sending to the wrong address. Customer service is terrible. This company is terrible to deal with misleading and incorrect information given each time you call them. This whole experience has been a nightmare from the initial ordering of product to the cancelling of my order. Will certainly not be buying from ever again.
"DECEIVING AND TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH"
I ordered a air fryer after watching the advertisement on the TV. Upon placing the order I was promised a payment plan which was a lie as they attempted full payment after that but luckily I had a limit on my card and payment didn't go through, they started sending threatening emails after that stating the account is overdue not accepting their mistake of attempting wrong amount - Upon my numerous emails and phone calls I was advised that accounts dept will be notified and my account will be updated to monthly repayments. Woke up today with an...other threatening email'called their contact centre to pay the account in full cause I was sick and tired of their ruthless dramas, spoke with A female who terminated the call when I requested for manager, called back and spoke with a male who claimed himself to be manager, he had no idea as how their system works and couldn't even assist me processing the full payment - was unprofessional- had no courtesy at all assisting his customers- definitely he wasn't a manager - was rebellious and arrogant- definitely needs training - this company misleads their customers by offering payment plan and attempts payments whenever and whatever they like - doesn't have access to process payment when asked to - useless company - claims they are based in nz - highly unlikely - they are hiding somewhere to avoid ACCC & NCC of Australia - was promised a callback from their accounts department on Monday so I can pay the account in full and get them out of my mind - stressful & ruthless company to deal with - 000 stars.
Air Fryer is a SCAM! All company products are part of this Scam
I saw their Air fryer add on TV and called them and was advised to buy online. The product is low grade crap and when I wanted to return, i was told I am out of trial period. The product was sent to me after approx.4 weeks of order. Now having spent 40 dollars including shipping, a month later I was charged another 350 dollars, whole price of the product. I spoke to their manager who yelled at me and says she know the law and is well within the rights. I was finally offered to send back at my own cost and provide 20% re-stocking charge. So in the end I am loosing 150 dollars for nothing. A terrible experience and I would stay away from this company for any product.

their "30 day risk free trial" is a scam & very poor customer service over the phone
I saw this product on tv and online saying its available for a 30 day risk free trial after paying $15 and $20 for postage. But, when I got the product only, I saw in their return policy document, that customers are not getting full 30 days for trial the product. Their 30 days are inclusive of the days the product is on transit and delivery. How can a person trial the product while its on transit of post. Its a shame that they are publishing lies on national TV and online. Customer is in total disadvantage due to poor policies like these!!!! Also, when I asked for specific postage instructions for return, the service personnel refused to give information, saying that its up-to me to decide how to return it!!!!

A Terrible Retail Experience
I purchased a Humidew (Humidifier/Aromatherapy Lamp) at the Herald Sun Home Show in Melbourne in 2015. I thought I would be taking it home from the show but was told it would be sent to me on the Monday following the Show. I later received an email that there were not enough and mine would be arriving in about 4 weeks (sent from Canada). When it finally arrived about 6 weeks later, there was a very slight crack in the upper part. Gradually the upper lip where the crack was broke off and the product started leaking. I sent it back to Show TV in Australia but they claimed it was not defective. I will now be taking the matter to VCAT. One of my worst retail experiences ever!
