TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order and then realised I needed to make a change, and I contacted them immediately. I received no response, but kept receiving shipping updates etc. I contacted them 4 times in total before I eventually got a response (a week later) which said “we can’t do anything as the order was placed”. I work for an online company and I know for a fact that orders can be held and edited or cancelled if it’s within a certain time period of the order being placed.
Customer service (namely, Sash) was extremely dismissive and unhelpful with absolutely no motivation to provide a solution at all.
I will absolutely avoid purchasing from this shop again, and would advise others to do the same.
Got everything fast – I got the Sailor moon showbag. It had everthing (no items missing), and arrived earlier than expected (3 days after I ordered it despite me not paying for faster shipping). Honestly, I got really scared when I saw all the negative reviews on here and in my experience they don't deserve it. Someone mentioned they trade under chicane which seems to be true as the Australia Post package says it is from 'chicane showbag shop warehouse'. Though to be honest they aren't hiding that fact as chicane showbags facebook and website leads to the showbag shop website. I don't entirely know why the previous poster pointed out that they go by chicane, why that matters, or why I'd care (They talked about it like it was a bad thing. I got all my items and am happy with them. There is only one 'item' that is missing which is the pink showbag itself with the sailor moon logo (though I chalk that up to it appearing to be made of plastic and the plastic ban. Also 'technically' it doesn't EXPLICITLY state the showbag will be sent, though this should be made more apparent in my honest opinion.
Beware, [Content Removed]! – This company also trades under CHICANE. Be warned Don't go near them, this is run by 3rd parties who don't have a clue on what is going on, I am quite sure their customer service is one of these offshore mobs, you get this weird computer type reply when you email them with a number saying they will reply, but they don't. We purchased over $300 worth of bags for a kids party, almost one month later still no show bags, emailed them but they wont reply. They stuffed up the kids party and still kept our money, next step is NCAT, that should drag the thieving opener out of its hideaway.
If you want a show bag, go to Woolworth, they sell them, as for this mob, don't go near them, its a two horse circus with zero care, a fancy website to [Content Removed] you in.
All food items due to expire within days – Seemed like a great idea - some unusual gifts for friends. Arrived promptly enough however all of the chocolates were very near their expiry date. This SHOULD be clearly stated on the website but it is not. I had to give them to my neighbours children as they would have expired by the time I saw my friends. I would not recommend this business.

Danny placed a pre-order with us on the 16th of November 2023. This was very clearly stated on our website, and again on the order confirmation. The estimated dispatch of our pre-orders was late Nov/early Dec which was also clearly stated. Danny's order was dispatched on the 1st of December with Couriers Please and the tracking showed the parcel was collected that same day. On Thurs 7th of December Danny contacted us about his delivery, we contacted Couriers Please immediately and they raised a case. The tracking showed no further scan details other than the original collection date/time. While we were waiting on a response from Couriers Please Danny continued to send emails, including aggressive and abusive emails to our staff. We processed a full refund on the Tuesday 12th of December.
