attempted time after time after time to make contact, in every way possible and was ignored every single time. After many attempts, I contacted the owner personally as she was a friend of my mothers and I received a very rude response, along with a promise to refund my money. I never heard from her again and she is continuing to ignore me. Absolutely furious at the dishonesty from this owner and the entire company.

Ripped off – Looks as though they have gone broke - taking my money with them. Ordered & paid for a dress for my daughters semi - event has come and gone and still no sign of the dress or the money. Don't order anything from this company

Do not use this company whatsoever – I purchased items to the value of $175 in Jan 2015 and after countless emails and now being blocked from Facebook - they won't even respond to me. They have deleted all of the unsatisfied customers from their FB page and believe me there were heaps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had lots of girls contact me asking if I had received my goods.

Read the Facebook posts. Unreliable, corrupt, thieves – They post dresses to sell that they dont even have available and when you ask for a refund they dont give it to you. paid extra for express postage and it took 3 weeks. Go read their FB page!!!!!!!! They lie and manipulate to keep your money. All the good comments below were in exchange for discounts. DO NOT TRUST

Fabulous product and Service!! – Had a hiccup with my online order, so popped in to see the girls in store. Got it all sorted no problems, ended up trying on more dresses!! The service was fabulous, the dresses are amazing and great sizing, not tiny sizing. Well worth the drop in!!! I WILL be back, very soon!!!

Amazing customer service – Absolutely wonderful customer service! The owner spent 45mins helping me choose an outfit for my Christmas party! The store was neat and tidy and very inviting. Will be shopping here every time I fly into brisbane or online regularly

Don't shop – The owner pretended like she had been wrongly done by the countless negative reviews and encouraged my friends and I to post positive ones. This isn't a shop you want to purchase from, and I definitely wouldn't shop there again. My advice - a more trusted store.

Best shop ever! – Excellent customer service! We were window shopping before the store opened when the owner saw us and opened early for us. The owner was extremely friendly! Great clothes and great variety of sizes.

would give them a call to see what was going on. I explained i was waiting on a jacket and apparently could not find my order to which i replied well you sure took my money quick enough for a company that "couldn't find my order" (mind you it had not been shipped). I waited for a call back as per the "store manager" told me too. No call came through. I called back later that afternoon only to be told that they had actually sold out of that jacket a while ago. I was not impressed.

In all honesty why cant a website update their webpage instead of leading customers on. I honestly think this "boutique" (boutique is loosely used) need to be shut down. Its a joke and the staff are just plain rude! They obviously all need a lesson in respect and need to realise that their shop is not a high end boutique.

I found the dress again at another boutique half the price and with out any faults or bad service. Oh and not to mention when I ask them on there fb site and to make others aware I got blocked. Beware

refunded for even though I did not ask for it to be sent in the first place. Then I was told I could not get a refund and they gave me a store credit which is useless as I don't like the clothes and was only buying because there was one dress I liked. When I tried using the credit they also overcharged me and were very slow at fixing the transaction and was not given any kind of apology. Worst shopping experience of my life!

They were hopeless in getting back to me, and once I sent the item back it look even longer to hear from then regarding the outcome. ie, quick to take your money.

I don't even want to spend the $69 credit note I have with them, but have no other choice.
