into the trap of a first time home buyers scheme, free stamp duty but it just got us financially rocked by paying for a land mortgage for a property that wasn't even existent for years. Believe me, they will pass on their construction to an independent builder and it's just a mess from there on out.

management, budgetary oversights, and poor communication have left me with a house that falls short of my expectations. I strongly advise potential homeowners to exercise caution when selecting a construction team and to ensure thorough oversight throughout the entire process.

A lot of hidden expenses too. (e.g. Strata for storm water tanks)

Project Mismanagement: The project management team displayed a complete lack of organization and coordination. Timelines were consistently missed, and communication was severely lacking. It seemed like no one was taking charge or ensuring that work progressed as planned. This lack of leadership resulted in a chaotic and frustrating experience.

Budgetary Oversights: The initial budget for my house construction was set based on detailed estimates. However, as the project progressed, it became apparent that there were significant oversights in budget planning. Unexpected expenses kept cropping up, and I was constantly asked for additional funds to cover these unforeseen costs. It was clear that the project team had not done their due diligence in accurately assessing the project's financial requirements.

Unresolved Issues: Despite multiple attempts to address concerns and raise issues, the project management team was slow to respond, if they responded at all. Problems were left unresolved for extended periods, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. It was evident that there was a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction.

Financial Impact: The combination of poor management and budgetary oversights resulted in significant financial implications for me. The cost overruns were substantial, and the constant need for additional funds put a strain on my finances. The project, initially meant to be an exciting milestone, turned into a financial burden that I was ill-prepared for. (I am paying RENT/ STRATA/ Council Rates/ Electricity for years for a property I do not live in)

Do not fall into Signature Land+ Package deals – Do not fall into Signature Land+ Package deals. They will sell you a dream with lots of promises but do not expect them to deliver it. I purchased a house from them in 2019 Jan and they promised to deliver it by 2019 Dec. Now we are in 2022 in Late December still there is no sign of a delivery date. signed a fixed-price contract. So, my advice is, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
