Extremely disappointing experience – I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for a chair on December 17, 2024, expecting delivery between December 20-27, as it was meant to be a Christmas gift. When I followed up on December 23, I was told they were closed until December 30 - no prior notice, no updates, just complete silence. After the holidays, still having no communication from them, I reached out again on January 6, 2025, only to be told the chair still hadn’t been shipped, with no clear timeframe for when it would be. Given that I was moving soon, I had no choice but to cancel the order. They apologised and promised a “personalised discount” if I returned as a customer.
A month later, I contacted them regarding the discount, but - unsurprisingly - I was completely ignored. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
If they can’t even deliver a product on time or communicate properly, how could I trust them if there was an issue with the chair? For me, this brand no longer exists. I won’t be making the mistake of buying from them again.
Purchased in for $369.

Nice Chair useless Headrest – The people who designed this chair must be the same people who design headrests in cars . I have yet to find a head rest that actually supports the head and this chair is no different. Most head rests just sit there doing nothing and can't be used unless you are looking at the sky. The head rest needs to be moved forward at least six inches so that it can engage the neck or the head, sadly it does neither. The chair itself is comfortable and pretty good for the price. I chose the one with the foam seat hence the D in the product name. You can also buy this in a grey mesh and with a foot rest. To assemble it you need about 20 minutes, there was no hassle, and everything went together easily . They pack an extra screw of each type, so don't worry if you have 4 left over. The chair weighs in at around 22KG so it's no light weight which means it has some quality materials . It will support 149KG and a person up to 6Ft 2". Lumbar support is adjustable by moving the back up and down so most people will be able to find their sweet spot . The armrests slide foward and back and toe in and out. You have 3 positions for the back rest 100, 110 and 130 degrees of incline , this is locked into position and maintains that angle .You can also just let the back swing to any position and return although I found at first, this did not have enough resistance for my body weight, saying that, you can adjust the tension and after mucking around for a few minutes I found that it was not as bad as first thought.. A light person might find it just fine without making any tension adjustments. One of the first things I did was replace the casters with static non slip posts , I don't like chairs that slip around all over the place. All in all it's a quality chair that comes with a 3 year warranty and can be purchased direct in Australia , delivery took 3 days. The chair has passed BIFMA and SGS certification At this point, at under $400.00 (rec retail $539.00) it compares well with chairs twice that price and I have no problem recommending it for most people for home or office use.
