Went above and beyond – Fiona went above and beyond to chase up and incorrect payment (which was my fault). After weeks of chasing banks and tracking down the money Fiona was able to successfully recover the money and refund it to me. Very grateful and would recommend Silver Asset, in particular Fiona for her extra level of dedication. Show reply

Great Customer Service – It is so nice these days to have someone answer the phone straight away. Emma was very helpful and a lovey young lady to talk to. It was also amazing how quickly I received an email to confirm that my paperwork had been received and all had been processed. Friday afternoon, I have only good things to say about Silver Asset. Nothing was a problem for them and they even helped me fill out a Government Form. The last couple of months have been very trying for me with a very unwell mum and a lot of my bills were piling up and the girls from Silver Asset were only too happy to be there to help out and offer suggestions with my electricity account. . I have no problem recommending Silver Asset for anyone to use.
Customer service - brilliant – Queries responded to in less than 24 hours. Most issues resolved with one email. Sets the standard for customer service and shames many other organisations. A breath of fresh air to deal with. Show reply
Terrible service – They didnt send us a bill for 3 months. Send an email one day before the disconnection date that the electricity will be cut off. We paid the $700 bill then still cut the electricity the next day! They also charge us now disconnection and reconnection fee. On too of this they slid a paper copy of the disconnection notice after reconnecting it. After being on the phone to have it reconnected. Still keen to have their service?

Long Standing Issue Resolved – I have had reason to question the validity of my account for over 12 months. Considerable investigations have taken place within my building involving the Body Corporate. it's electricity and gas – I was encouraged to use this service as I would get discounted electricity within in a new apartment building- I don't know how much I have saved but it seems pretty good. and paid $68.4. I don't know what these numbers mean but for 1 bedroom apartment living by myself I feel not bad. I have the TV on probably 2-3 hours which I think uses the most.
It was all online set up via email. I haven't had any issues.
0 stars – If there's any chance to use another company, I will. Reasons - ridiculous deposit & terrible payment system & high price & always plus charge $25 maybe more.
Silver Assets are price gougers, avoid, stay away. Uncompetitive – Silver Assets Services is a terrible utility provider and I recommend to any person to stay away if possible. Unfortunately the developer made a deal/contract with this provider for a new complex and it givers us NO opportunity to select another service provider. and a further $25 joining fee. In my opinion this is third line forcing from the developer/body corporate. On top of this they do not allow quarterly billing only monthly and if you are late charge a 15% equivalent (in my case) late fee. This business should be avoided and if you have to deal with them I encourage complaints to the Energy and Water Ombudsman (QLD) or Department of Energy and Water. I contacted Silver Assets and they informed that I should have called prior to being away to avoid late fees and seek an extension. I asked where this information exists in the contract and they said it does not. They said I should know this already. Nice try Silver Assets, I have made a complaint to the appropriate Gov Dept.
