Love this straightener! – Really great iron! I love that you can control how much heat your subjecting your hair to. Very quick to straighten my stubborn curls :). It has a great display screen which none of the really expensive irons do my hair feels silky after using it, not dry or feeling like straw. Quick, doesn't damage hair Expensive

Bad – I went to price-attack a few years back to purchase a ghd and was told by the guy at price attack that the silver bullet was the "mercedes benz" of hair straighteners and to go with that instead of ghd(it was even more expensive than ghd) Totally shouldnt have listened. silver bullet burns it rather than giving it that nice sheen that a ghd does!!! I no longer use the silver bullet and am going to list it on ebay for $40 or thereabouts!!! I think it is best suited for coarse, frizzy hair.

My cousin that has this type of hair used my straightener and her hair looked fab. Not suitable for my fine hair...

ups required the next day! Every now and then, for no apparent reason, the hair straightener switches off automatically - but I just unplug and switch it on again. That's the only problem I've had with it - have owned this product for 4 years now. It's great.

Bad – DONT BUY IT!!!! looks fancy but definatly not worth the money if your forking out 240 for this its not worth it! buy a ghd or remington instead, didnt properly straighten close to my roots and was a waste of money! heats up quickly, makes hair shiney bulky, plates loosen, cord broke, stopped working after one year
