We recently had our bathroom renovated by SilverPeak Construction and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely exceeded our expectations. James and the team went above and beyond at every stage. Communication was clear and consistent, timelines were respected, and… Read more

nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s obvious they take a lot of pride in their work, and that really shows in the final result. The bathroom looks incredible and the quality is outstanding.

What stood out most was the care and attention to detail, along with how easy they were to deal with. It made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and even enjoyable.

We’re so grateful for the effort the whole team put in and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SilverPeak Construction to anyone looking for a high-quality renovation.

SilverPeak Construction carried out rectification work to our ensuite due to tile/grout failure in their original work. The on‑site staff and trades were always polite and worked hard, and often seemed to be juggling multiple demands on their time. However, the rectification took much longer than originally advised. What was initially described as… Read more

a job of around two weeks extended over several months. We were advised the work was complete, but then discovered the shower drain was blocked with concrete and the shower fitting broken. SilverPeak arranged a replacement fitting and for a plumber to attend so the bathroom could be completed and used. Messaging from the owner and main office regarding scope, timelines, completion and warranty was often unclear, which made navigating these works challenging. If you are engaging SilverPeak, we strongly recommend having a very clear written scope before work starts, and allowing contingency for schedule changes and unexpected issues. Amazing work – We are so thankful for the work you have done at our home. The bathrooms are just amazing and we are really enjoying these spaces. We are really impressed by the quality of the work and thankful how helpful the tradies have been. You should be very proud of how professional your company is and the tradies that work for you. The attention to detail is amazing.

Outstanding customer service – Although we could not go ahead with the renovation at this stage due to personal reasons, I wanted to thank James for his time and professionalism. He spent time walking us through our bathroom renovation, offering ideas on what would work then reworking our quote until we were happy. He was able to provide us with the protection of being… Read more

registered and a contract once the quote was approved. Although the project is now on hold, we will definitely be back as we wouldn't trust anyone else.

Extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and go above and beyond. Also found their other tradesmen who they work in with (plumbers, electricians etc) to be very professional when we did our kitchen and bathroom renovations.

Poor workmanship by Silver Peak Construction – I had engaged Silver Peak Construction, Bacchus Marsh to do some carpentry for me. It is a one man show business and he kept turning up with different helpers who are not qualified carpenters with some never worked in the industry that made terrible mistakes. The owner who is a carpenter also made some terrible mistakes and I question whether a… Read more

lot of the work would pass. Even when the work was not completed, he would demand approximately 70% of the overall bill to be paid to him. He sent his demand through an email that was threatening saying that he would not return to complete the work (virtually all of the tasks he had undertaken were all left incomplete) until you paid the amount. After paying the 70% so he would return to complete his incomplete work, he would say he would only return 'when the full invoice is paid'. We would try to contact him for weeks with no response. Eventually, some weeks later, he responded with 'I will fit you in around other clients because you should have responded to me much sooner'. Not logical at all. It was difficult to get him back to complete the work and again he would demand 'if you don't pay the full amount the work will not be completed'. No, we won't pay the full amount until he completes the work as it should be. His workmanship was not good and would have an excuse (blaming you) as to why, e.g. as many things were installed not straight or he would damage things by over cutting but would still install it as it would look ridiculous - but he always had an excuse as to whose fault it was and it was not his fault but yours. To add to insult, he charged for things that he damaged. Engage at own risk!
