I recently had to cancel my overseas travel due to the war in the middle East. I had purchased two Esims for my travel (one for me and one for my wife). I had never used Esims before during my travel abroad and Simify was recommended to me from a friend. Once notified of the cancellation of my travel, I contacted Simify who stated that I had 180 days from the date of purchase, if I planned to travel again during this period. When I advised that I would not be travelling and therefore not needing the esims in this period, they immediately advised that they were happy to cancel the esims and return the full cost of my purchase. This refund was processed within a period of five minutes, with no fuss, no hard sell to keep the esim on the remote possibility of travel or any other sales type of commentary. Dealing with Simify was efficient, no-fuss and professional. Having never been a customer with this company before; from now on this will be my go-to company for any overseas travel communication. Well done Simify, I am happy to endorse this company.
