They didn’t even phone me back – Three days ago I left a message on their phone for them to call me back to arrange a quote. Still haven’t heard back from them. They obviously don’t need my business and have no idea about customer service.

Excellent Solar Installation – Outstanding customer service, very well priced and sound recommendation on best solar products by value. Second time I have used Simmark and I am planning to use them for a number of additional (aircon) projects. They are one of the very few companies that I don't bother getting a second quote on. I have done my research and know that they are not going to overcharge me. Highly recommended.
