Ordered 2 bike seats from this 'Sydney based company' in December 2025 and yet, as of April 2026, they still have not arrived. Despite numerous requests for a refund, I have only received generic email responses. Do NOT use this company; a total scam.

Ordered 2 leg Alignment pillows 30 business days ago from this company. Their website says fast and free delivery with Aust Post. I've asked for a refund four times now. They still have my money and the "delivery tracking" shows the goods are still somewhere in China and not been picked up. Under Aust consumer law, I believe I'm entitled to a refund, as other retailers do in this circumstance, but this company has no phone number or street address, so no Aust warehouse, only an email address that makes excuses when they actually do decide to respond. Smells of a scam to me. Try buying from another company, or you risk losing your money like I and other reviewers have.
