I agree with those saying it’s been the worst online shopping they’ve experienced. Three and a half months later and I’m still waiting for my refund while my return parcel is still supposedly awaiting customs clearance in China! The whole procedure… Read more
for returns is ridiculous! Many emails trying to convince them I did not want a discount on the inferior clothing, then finally getting an address to send my return to…at great cost! Still not over yet sadly!
Follow-up · I am still no further along with getting a refund after four months. My return postage…..to China cost $27. My purchases over $100. Sometimes my emails to Chinese customs to check on parcel clearance…..as I was told I needed to do, bounce back! It’s all quite unbelievable!
One of the Worst Online Shopping Experiences I purchased a jacket that was advertised as a “soft knit” what I received was the complete opposite. The fabric was rough, cheap, and nothing like the photos or description on their website. The quality was shockingly poor and absolutely not what I paid for. When I tried to organise a return (taking … Read more
4 weeks for them to agree), I took the parcel to the post office and was told it would cost $50 just to send it back. This return policy is clearly designed to deter customers from sending items back, leaving you stuck with something you don’t want.
The whole experience feels deceptive, the products are misrepresented, and the after-sales service offers no real support. I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from this company. There are far more reputable retailers who are transparent about quality and stand by their products.
Avoid at all costs.
This supplier is not Australian as advertised! The product supplied is not the quality as advertised. They do not honour any "return" policy despite many polite emails to and fro. The sizes are extremely small. Be Warned! Show details
I ordered Savannah shirt and received a different shirt. When I tried to return the shirt for the correct shirt I was told it was a Savannah shirt. It was not. The Savannah shirt has buttons down the front, the shirt I received did not. The Savannah shirt is claimed to be cotton-linen blend, the shirt I received was polyester. They would not… Read more
accept that I needed a Savannah shirt as they said the shirt I received was a Savannah shirt. They offered me a 10% refund only. Do not buy from this company as they do not supply what is ordered.
I ordered two items from SimplyHer, believing it was an Australian company. Their website claims they were “founded by two Queensland women” and say their clothes are made for real Aussie women. But after I placed my order, the items were shipped from China, with no invoice or return slip, and arrived with incorrect sizing and cheap quality. … Read more
Despite their product pages clearly promising:
“Not in love? Return it within 30 days”
“Full refund – no questions asked”
...my request to return was refused, because they said the items were part of a “final sale” due to an automatic discount — something never mentioned during checkout, on the product pages, or in their return policy at the time of purchase. I have full documentation, including screenshots.
I opened a PayPal dispute and provided all proof, but PayPal still sided with the seller — despite many other people online reporting exactly the same experience.
SimplyHer is misleading customers, falsely advertising a return policy they don’t honour, and hiding behind technicalities after you pay. Be very careful — I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.
Quality terrible. Wrong size of one item. No labels inside. Looks used. 2nd item nothing as described. Different neckline, long sleeves instead of 3/4. Awful shape, like a sack of potatoes. Far too long. Impossible to get money back. They keep offering a discounted refund. Got sick of dealing with them. Now in Paypals hands. Show details
I also purchased a winter jumper from them with the same experience as the previous lady They kept saying I order that one. I was offered $50 code off next purchase but there will be non They are playing on older woman with their style of clothes. So please don’t buy from them First photo of what I ordered. Second the rubbish I received Show details
I purchased a shirt from a company claiming to be Australian selling clothing to Aussies. The shirt I purchased was reduced from $129 to $65 and when it arrived I was dismayed that it be looked nothing like the one I ordered. It was meant to be… Read more
multicoloured with teal, 3/4 sleeves. The shirt was multicoloured but more yellow than teal, the sleeves were full length and the cuffs were different. There were no tags and the stitching was messy in places. I contacted the company asking for a refund as the shirt was not the one I ordered. I was promptly told that as it was discounted they did not have to refund me. Instead I was offered a code SORRY 50 to give me a discount on my next purchase. After several emails back and forth it became apparent this company was not going to refund me despite the goods not being the same as what they were advertised as. I have since extensively researched this company only to find that they are scammers targeting Australian women. I should have researched prior to buying, have learnt my lesson. My message is DONT purchase from SIMPLYHER as they are dishonest, deceptive and have no regard for customer service. I’ve uploaded 2 photos, the first bring the shirt I received, the second what I ordered
Follow-up · I contacted SimplyHer Multiple times but they refused to give me any assistance other than a discount on my next purchase. They cover their bases by stating in their refund policy that discounted items cannot be returned, that tags must be intact etc. The fact is that the shirt came without tags as well. Everything they sell is discounted so… Read more
