All of the lights continually flash
Why was this discontinued was it because it was crap. Never ever did get a propper reponse when i rang the company. Can only use liquid soap wash and have to wait till the waters in to add it now. Most times have to add extra water. The filters were crap and never worked as well as the siphen top for the fabric softerner. All i can say is, if this was such a good machine why discontinue it. It was a total rip off and waste of money. I wish i had of reasearched this first. Now to save for another
I hope so. But unfortunately the damage is done. I bought a new washing machine = LG. A new vacuum cleaner = Hoover. A new fridge = LG. A new oven = not Westinghouse, not Volta, not Simpson. Be smart and don't ever buy anything from the range of the numerous brands that are used by this company. The way they treated me was deplorable.
I suspect that the level sensor is out of adjustment - what is the adjustment procedure please (I am an electrical technician)?

Ive had this machine for about 5 years today it won't spin can't find manual or help anywhere can the manufacturer help please?

Is there any solution to make this machine stop leaving soap scum on the clothes? Even deep rinse does not do it.
We deep rinse everything and use half the recommended liquid detergent yet no joy. If there is a solution I certainly don't know what it is. Sorry
Has anyone ever had a problem with a swt605sa in regard to the bowl springs? as mine seem to have sagged the bowl is now sitting about six inches down from the top

Yes. The bowl came unhinged a number of times - usually after towels had drifted to one side and unbalanced the spin cycle.

We have a EZI sensor swt605 6kg washing machine and it wont progress in cycles but just beeps with lid lock flashing. We have removed bottom lock so lid can't lock but has not stpped beeping. Can you help please?

I have simpson SWT605SA. It keeps giving me beep beep noise whenever I turn it on. Can you help me?
You need to speak to Simpson (Electorlux) tech support, if you haven't already. Anyway, If the machine 'beeps' all the time (lid open or closed, on all wash settings, the latter you should change to a different setting each time you turn on/off the machine as a basic troubleshooting step) then the machine probably has a significant fault and really Electrolux service technician (stringly recommended if machine is still under warranty) or, a qualified electrical technician (only out of warranty) should inspect the machine.
However, a little troubleshooting step: if it is\was in mid-cycle when it started with the 'beeps' then it could be a few things, so check the hoses aren't blocked (both ends); with the power on and lid lifted does the beeping stop? Test/change all wash settings (cycle the power each setting change) and see if any get it going
Ultimately, it can be many things on washing machines these days moreso due to the electronics used and improvements in safety.

Sorry but I feel your pain!! exact same thing but all sorted with a new lid
I have recently took the lid off and put it back on then started the cycle, the lid locked and then the machine started beeping, now i cant open the lid at all. how do i fix this?
