We had an excellent experience with SINGH AND KAUR homes from the start to handover of our beautiful home. The team was very supportive, helpful and straightforward throughout the entire process They completed with in the time line. We are very happy with our new home and would strongly recommend that if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy builder then go with SINGH AND KAUR Homes. I'd like to thank the team Singh and Kaur Homes for the fantastic job they did building our House. From the start to finish they were consistent, reliable, and true to their word. The build stayed on schedule, the pricing was fair, and the quality of workmanship speaks for itself. What impressed us most was their patience-they handled our build with professionalism and never made anything like a hassle. We are extremely happy with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Singh And Kaur Homes to anyone considering building. A heartfelt thank you to team of Singh and Kaur Homes for organizing professional tradesmen whose workmanship brought our built a life. We truly apricate the effort, communication and care shown by every person involved. Thank you for helping us create a home we're proud of.

⸻ ⭐ Very disappointing experience – would not recommend We had a very bad and frustrating experience with this builder. It took 25 months to complete a small 22-square-metre house, which is completely unreasonable. Throughout construction, the builder often did not answer our calls or emails, causing constant stress and uncertainty. The front façade was not built according to the approved drawings, and the workmanship overall was poor. The workers appeared untrained and careless, and many issues were noticed at handover.
The handover itself was very unprofessional. The builder simply placed the keys on the kitchen benchtop and left. He even started recording a video of our family without our consent, despite us clearly asking him to stop. . We were also not provided with required certificates, warranties, or appliance manuals at handover.
Overall, this has been a horrible and exhausting experience, and I would not recommend this builder to anyone

Not Professional builder – Singh and Kaur homes built my home in Melton south with too many mistakes. very poor communication, unprofessional and not follow Victorian building standards. no call back and no reply.They don't have builder license.
