Crappy customer service – Drive in bottle shop during Renovations. Temporary. Drive in and park. 2 chaps... one barks out what are you after? Red wine. Not many here. Ok I will look at your selection. 20 seconds later... how long? a car behind you had to back out. Ok 3 LANES... he backed out 2 metres and drove round. So is it ok to choose a wine I actually like? Is it a drive through? Is it a shop? Do I get more than 20 seconds to choose? Up 2U Mate. NOT ENCOURAGING. So will find a place that has Customer Service... BASIC Customer Service. BASIC
