Perfect – Thank Siricco for the best quality product. I did an online shopping and arrived in 2 days, the package was very carefully and nicely wrapped but it was a size smaller, I contacted them… I wanna thank for the excellent customer service, a Camberwell retailer was amazing & efficient and Hawthorn retailer Katrine’s assistance was impressive, The best service I’ve ever had. Terrible Service – I do not recommend this store based on my experience with the person "in charge" at head office. Would not provide her name but was rude and arrogant. is not manager. I exchange one of the gifts as they refused to exchange a leather bag (no explanation provided) but was advised I could take it home and if not suitable could exchange it for something else. I explained that I don't come to the city to the rude head office person but her tone and manner was unacceptable and frankly should not be working in customer service, especially if her customers are such a bother. I would never have bought from them if these weren't gifts as I had a rude encounter in a store years ago and now know why - it was probably the same person "in charge" at head office. Poor attitude and poor performance for a business! I will advise the persons that provided the gifts as tehy tend to buy often from this store.

Addicted to Sirrico Camberwell – My husband & I love Sirrico and often pop into the Burke Road Camberwell store. Always attentive and knowledgeable Roula impresses us every time. Very slow service – I put in an order on 9/10 and just got notification of posting on 29/10. I won’t get my order until 8/11at worst. I won’t use again.

Leather jackets – We went to "Sirrico" in Brighton today. A good range of jackets for both men and ladies. The shop lady was courteous and helpful, going back and forth from the shop to the backroom to accommodate our wishes re shapes, colours and sizes. We ended up buying two leather jackets. Fabulous! – I have been browsing this store for a leather jacket online for quite some time but today I went in to the Bourke st store (they have multiple stores throughput Melbourne) .The service I received and the quality , not to mention the price of their jackets were outstanding.
