Quality not as expected. They labour on supporting small business, a female business but they should be ashamed by the quality. One pair was bent upon receiving (perhaps during shipping- but this also says something). The backs are excessively long-delicate-and I have seen far better quality at baseline retailers. Soul. So I jumped online to check them out.
I discovered a lovely range of jewellery and bought myself the same bracelet as my friend. It came as a twin bracelet set, each bracelet different, one with a lovely worded charm saying 'Grateful'. My particular chosen twin bracelet set comprised a rose gold bracelet and a stone bead bracelet which had the charm attached. The price was SO reasonable, I was really pleased plus I think I might even have received an immediate discount for signing up for their email list.
The most amazing thing though is how the bracelets come in the post. Not like most online purchases arrive - NO! They were wrapped in a lovely black gauze bag, with a personalized handwritten card. The words on the outside of the card were "So Loved". The handwritten words inside the card, written by 'Grace' were “You are so loved, brave, cherished & significant! Choose joy today!” WOW!!
Grace / Sister and Soul couldn’t have known it of course but they were the very words I needed to hear the day the bracelets and card arrived! Those words touched my heart so deeply that day that they actually brought tears to my eyes!
The bracelets themselves were beautiful. I was not disappointed and I have already worn the rose gold one several times, I just LOVE it!
Thank you Sister and Soul for your beautiful bracelets, beautiful words and the excellent customer service I have received from Grace. I love your ethos and wish you well in your business.
