Purchased an expensive mouse as replacement for one I have had for 6 years. Within a month it had a fault - no problem I thought; just exchange.....Had to follow up every week for 4 weeks before they actioned it. And then it was 'serviced'. Six years on, this is who I'd buy from again – Bought a customised chair fror my 120kg body in August 2016, and it took four weeks to arrive versus a quote of 4-5 weeks. Great reliable chair that I have used almost every day in the six years since. We are now looking for extra home/office chairs and this is the first place we go. They are not cheap compared with the low-end chairs that fall apart in 24 months, but certainly not expensive for the quality and customisation. Show details

Simple things ought to be simple – This business leaves a lot to be desired. Their website gives little indication of what stock is actually held at the showroom. They were unable to recommend anything that might be comparable so I elected to order the chair I was interested in, despite not being able to inspect it prior to purchase.

I was told that I could do this online, but I decided to do so in-store.

I purchased the chair and the optional arms.

However, when my chair was delivered to me, it had no arms. I wrote immediately and drew this to their attention.

To their credit, I was given a prompt reply where I was told that the factory had failed to include them in the order and that they'd be sent out to me.

I thanked them for their reply and told them I look forward to receiving the arms.

However, it's now a couple of weeks later, and I've been given no indication of when these items will arrive.

If the arms turn up then I will happily adjust my review in light of this event but, as things stand, I think this company offers a deficient customer service experience.

Keeping me happy is as simple as keeping me in the loop but I do not chase people. I am confident everyone has more important matters to address than the missing arms but I still think it is important that they follow through and complete the order.

Tired of the bad service – Don't use this company if you are in need of anything urgently, they are super slow. Better to pay a few more dollars to companies that can deliver in prompt and speedy manner. Fantastic Service and Product knowledge – I had a minor problem with a chair and they gave me a loan chair while my chair was being checked. It was returned quickly and fully serviced. Great service from Glenn and the team at Sit Back and Relax. Highly recommend them.

New chairs – Purchased 2 office chairs online - had to amend the order over the phone due to my mistake which was fixed up promptly without any fuss or bother. Chairs arrived exactly as ordered 3 weeks earlier than advised! Excellent communication from customer service department.

Dec apparently item has finally cleared customs, but still haven't received shipment tracking confirmation. Unfortunately we are now in the xmas closure period and I still haven't received the product or any emails of where or when I will. If it doesn't arrive by this week it looks like I will be contacting ACC. So angry I didn't phone and confirm stock before I placed my very expensive order.

haven't received product ordered and staff don't contact, you have always follow them up.
