Lodged a claim for a damaged phone, the phone is four years old and has been COMPLETELY destroyed. original receipt but I'm happy to do a statutory declaration (which has been the way I've dealt with this in the past), and that the photos clearly show irreparable damage to the phone's chassis.
First email was responded to by an obvious bot since it was just a copy/paste of the email they sent when I first claimed, other emails haven't been responded to. I've lodged a claim but they are just completely ignoring it.
Don't buy this insurance, it's garbage. I bought it at short notice and I regret the decision.
