Laurent the lectura was roode when i went to the toilet hemarked me as leaving erly and woudent let me finish i had to re book the other lectura was better he helped me get throu rather than yelling at me becos i dident understand him

not accommodate me on the only day I have available when I don't work as an independent support worker. To complete the training on another day would mean a loss of a full day's pay - essentially - double paying for the course. Do not bother going with these guys. Find another provider.
The entire experience with STC has been very unprofessional and a total waste of my time. 2 CPR course dates rescheduled by them last minute. Incorrect information given. Refund not received to date. Avoid
If l could give no stars l would.l would not recommend anyone waisting their money on these courses 3 cancellations after paying money all by Skills training college lve been trying to complete this course for months now people steer clear of this company unreliable don't waist your time or money
Illegitimate, will ask for a fee for any sort of action regarding your course, be it a cancellation, rescheduling, etc. The refund fee itself costs more than the amount of money they promise to refund, if they even plan to.
Awful company. Totally untrustworthy. DO NOT RECCOMMEND. I completed a security course with them in January 2025 and received a certificate that disappointingly failed to specify the full range of what was provided in the training. free of charge. Alas, the Admin was totally useless; can barely speak English and did not resolve any problems. I even waited patiently for 4 weeks after submitting a complaint about my certificate, only to be asked by them to pay them more money. I even contacted the CEO, [Name Removed], and he seemed to be willing to help me given the circumstances, but to this day, he has also failed to take any action - as far as I am aware. I intend to NEVER recommend Skills Training College to ANYONE and I will also go out of my way to take active revenge against this company and anyone who associates with it. Thank you so so so so much STC.
I dont know how they are elsewhere, however in Launceston, Tasmania i booked my course on a thursday for that sunday, completed what i believe to be the best laid out training from the 4 different companies ive used before and had my certificate by close of buisness monday. Can't fault them at all and will certainly use again.
Terrible – Trainers are great. Owner and admin are a bunch of fools, don’t use this company. They only care about money
Excellent Trainer at STC – Attended a security course in June 2024. Trainer Shahzad Khan was very knowledgable, professional, interested, helpful and a good lecturer with excellent skills. Well done Shahzad. Course content was easy, brief and relevant.
Scammers – Unfortunately I did got scammed by these guys. Booked and paid my course but I could not attend it. Unfortunately when I called to rebook my course they just told me that it was not possible because I had to reschedule it only after one month and not anytime as I was instructed. They were unhelpful to solve my problem and just blaming me not to have read their terms and conditions.
Shame on you hiding yourself behind your term and conditions procedure and getting money without providing a service.
This is not what a customer wants and it is definitely not the base of hospitality or customer care you pretend to teach in your courses..
Well priced and entertaining training – After reading other reviews I thought these guys deserve a positive comment. Karen is a great trainer, made a pretty bland subject a lot more interesting. STC are hard to contact outside of the course but I’d book with them again without hesitation as behind the scenes they are pretty organised and a nice group of people
Barista course enquiry – I attempted to make enquiries about doing a short barista course with these clowns. Firstly you can't speak to them because the office number's voicemail is full, so they don't answer and you cannot leave a message. to get the gov. funding but they DO NOT invest these funds into the courses for the clients, just another scamming rip off like the other reviewer here experienced. Too many of these fly by night companies on the GC. We need an audit/crack down.
DO NOT USE THIS – This guys selling bunch of training but most likely they are scammers. Once you paid money for training and booked the day and they cancel the training due to COVID excuses and ask you to change the date. Once you want book again, they will ask you to pay 30ish money for re-book fee. If you want to refund, they keep holding your money and wait… Read more
for you to give up the money. They keep saying they did inform the financial department and keep asking your card detail for refund but the refund never been processed. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMERS.
