Save your money – Bought 2 pairs of school shoes for our 2 daughters- they didn’t last 2 terms.. completely perished. Skobi have ignored every email. Appalling customer service and sadly, the product is not up to standard for the price they charge for their shoes. Show details
Excellent product, delivered quickly – We ordered some shoes on Sunday night in Sydney and they were delivered Tuesday morning. Very happy with the on-line measurement guide and they look sturdy. Show details
Don’t waste your money – Won’t ever be trusting marketing again. These shoes fit wrong all over the foot, the sole is plasticky and lacks grip. Useless and can’t even refund them. Non refundable ‘on sale’ when most items are on some form of sale is a ploy to avoid refunds. Pay the extra for reputable companies. Show details
Very poor durability for the price – I bought a pair of the Lewis shoes at the start of the school year for my 10 year old. He tends to wear out the toes of shoes very quickly but a week ago he showed me how the side/sole has completely worn through to the point his socks are visible. weeks of use before completely falling apart. He also had another pair he wore occasionally, plus sneakers on PE days, so this wasn’t even continual use. For $140 this was incredibly poor value.
Sole started falling off after 6 weeks and Skobi wouldn't do anything – I bought a pair of Barton's in January for the school year but 6 weeks later, in March, found that the sole on one of the shoes had started to fall off. Took the shoes back to the store we bought them from, they sent photo's to Skobi. Skobi refused to replace or repair the shoes due to the scuff marks on the front of the shoes. two years we have purchased Clarkes shoes and never had a problem despite the shoes being worn in the same way. The customer service from Skobi is extremely poor.

Rubber worn off after 2 days of use – I have been told by Skobi shoes that this style (Thorpe) is one of their “robust” products and wear and tear of the rubber heel area after 2 days of wearing at school is normal. Facebook page) How is this robust pair of Skobi shoes going to last the whole year? At $135 a pair, I would expect a sturdier rubber material than this. Never again!
